I sent you a message through the site. Your are welcome Sat. (see message). While the site is open click on New Messages to the right in the header at the top. That header has the login on the left side. If you don't find the message email me per above and we will take care of you.

I was looking at the FGRV Rallies map to see how to get to the San Antonio Lake rally and it shows the wrong campground! It's even on the wrong side of the lake!

Please, would a moderator correct the pointer on the FGRV map?

Thanks!

I'd help if I knew precisely what I should do. When I zoom in on the "dot" it's smack in the middle of the lake. I think the idea of the map is to give a general idea of where rallies are being held. It's not intended to take the place of a discussion topic and links within the Rallies forum.

Hi Dana T and All,

Below is a link to the map of Harris Creek campground. Our reserved section is the one where Harris Creek is labled in the water. We are the figure eight roads right on the lake shore.

What I did was click on the "Directions" link -- and the directions took me to the east side of the lake off of Jolon Road.

When I looked at last year's directions they were to the west side of the lake, driving out past Lake Nacimiento.

It's a really time-consuming trip to go from the east side to the west side of the lake, so it would really help if we made sure everyone knows precisely where the campground is, and the Google directions takes them there.

Donna, I hope you can figure out how to get the Google map to give the right directions. If not, it would be a good idea to post the driving directions from Paso Robles, so everyone gets to the right campground.

Thanks Donna!

Hi Donna, the link you posted in message number 8 of this thread is perfect!

Your link was http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source...484528&z=10

Could you put it on the rally map so anyone who gets directions from the rally map gets the right directions?

Thanks!

It's getting close. I sure hope that you remembered to order perfect weather Elvin. The rain and cold at the NOG last weekend has us ready for sunshine.

Anyone have the GPS coordinates for the campground? We got one and I'm learning to use it!

We are looking forward to the rally!

There are two ways to write gps cords so here is the best I can do if the other method doesn't work for you:
N35 48.667
W120 56.503
This is an estimate of the Harris campground loop.

There is a geocache at the pull off right at the turn off to the park. It is called Speed Check. Cords to the cache which is at the only road that goes into the park is N35 48.313 W120 58.828.
