we will bring something for the brunch as well.

Thanks Fred.

Hi Mike,

Maybe a note for new attendees coming from the South is to not go to San Antonio Lake North Shore since that is the first location approaching from Bradley. rather go to Lockwood and take the Interlake Road to the San Antonio Lake South Shore .

Thanks, YES, coming from the south, take the 24th St exit from the Freeway in Paso Robles and GO WEST towards the coast. The street name changes to Nacimiento Dr. Follow Nacimiento Dr. to Interlake Rd. and go the the South Shore Main entrance where the Marina is. At the gate they will give you directions to the Harris Creek Camp Ground.

Us too. I am packing right now!

It's HOT here in Lakewood....I hope it's not too warm at the Lake. I'm bringing fans because we have no AC!

Kathy and I are leaving after work tomorrow afternoon. The northbound crawl thru San Diego traffic won't be too bad, and we'll go thru LA late in the evening when the traffic will have thinned out. I hope to make it to Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park by midnight, and on to the lake on Friday.

Got the freshly repaired fridge chillin' on electric right now!

We're organizing, remembering, packing, checking, and anxiously getting ready to leave about 9:00 AM tomorrow (Thursday). Looking forward to relaxing and chatting with everyone.

See you all there.

We are here, we are here. First to arrive. We just needed a day to ourselves so came early. We did forget that none of the sites are very level and want to remind everyone to bring stuff to level their trailer. We had just barely enough but it is so beautiful here who cares if the first step into the trailer is a big one.

There are no other eggs here even though we saw on in Pasa Robles. There is a sticky here all set up with dish TV and clothes lines. Haven't talked to them yet. No reservations on the space posts yet or where you come in. We are just enjoying the heat, the peace and know that it is pouring down rain in Albany right now.

See you all soon. We're not excited, no, we just got here early to avoid the traffic, right? So looking forward to all of this. 80 degrees and not a clowd in the sky.

Unhappy

I am wondering how the FIRE in Santa Barbara will affect travel on Highway 101...

I considered going that way, and tried to phone Dana T., but the call wouldn't go through.

Right now I plan to take I-5 over the grapevine to the 99 through Bakersfield...

Hi Carol;

Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday. We should be getting to the park around noon. Spoke with Jonathan, from Casita on Monday, our Egg is supposed to be finished [b]today.

Be careful there is a wild fire near Santa Barbara.

Huh Fred, Check out a map; if I was going up I-5 I would stay on I-5 until Hwy 46 then go West. NO Hwy 99 or Bakestfield.

We're only going that way for Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park. Robert and I went there last year to met up with Gina D. and Dave & Leslie DeBeaux before the Rally. I thought I might show Kathy that park. Of course, I might change my mind... depending on where my Ouiji Steering Wheel takes us.

Hi, Mike & Lori, and all - Gosh, reading about all your preparations for Lake San Antonio is really making us regret we are unable to join in the fun this year. We know it will be a terrific weekend and we look forward to posts and pics of all the fun. Safe journeys - L 'n D
