Maggie Valley Area Rally?

We have been waiting to see what the last years committee for the Smokey Mountain rally decided on. Is the rally on for the June 9-10-11 dates as was decided? Please keep us informed as to what the last years committee decided?

We were wondering what happened to that group. Everyone should be dried out by now. In spite of the less than optimal weather we had a great time last year.

I don't remember who was looking into arrangements but I know that the Maggie Valley area seemed agreeable to most everyone.

I think some people might be planning on attending the May North Georgia Rally.

Yes! i think you are right on the spot with that one Kathy. I am still thinking about going to the Georgia campout, NC would have been a little closer but Blad MT area sounds nice too.
hopefully no spyder bites this year. (last years is still healing).
It is amazeing how fast the camping schedule is filling up. Any plans for Aug- Sept.
the mountains might be nice that time of year.

I just checked in to see what's been going on with the eggheads. Sorry to see the Smokies event is in limbo but the Georgia gathering sounds like a nice alternative. I, too, enjoyed the Cascade Lake get together last year. The bad news is I'm no longer officially eligible for these gatherings. That's right, I sold my Scamp...darn near broke my heart. We've decided to go the way of a little more space and convenience. I know this makes me a traitor but please speak kindly of me.
