"Does anyone know how far it is between the East and West Loops? Just wondering if it's right next door or what."

As the crow flies, they're not too far apart - but there is a hill involved, so it's a bit more arduous than at Bandon going from one loop to the next - especially if you're carrying a crock pot or something like that. The hiking trail, as I recall, was paved most of the way - then there was a little steep part that I believe was gravel or dirt - about the height of a flight of stairs.

A bike works best - out one loop onto the road, up a hill (but not very far) and into the next loop.

Hi All,
Maureen, Meg and I just returned from Europe. Saw a lot of caravans and caravan parks there. We will share stories later.

Anyway, When we made the reservation for our site, we also made a reservation for Nolan & Lynette S. and their family (from Eugene) in site 83 as well. Looking forward to beautiful blue skies, warm weather and sunshine for that weekend. Have to keep thinking that...

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and don't have a trailer yet. I am looking for something lightweight to tow that doesn't have to be constructed to camp in. The fiberglass trailers would really work great for me.

Would it be okay for me to attend a day at this gathering? I'm in Salem Oregon and would like to see some of these trailers in person. The State Park has a cabin available but its not the one that allows pets, so can't stay for the whole weekend. Does anyone mind if I "crash the party" for a few hours?

Welcome to the forum, Laura. Gatherings are a great way to become familiar with many different fiberglass trailers. Most folks love their eggs and are happy to share information or let you take a look. I am sure that you will meet some new friends and learn a lot. Don't forget to bring a name tag! You're absolutely welcome Laura. I'd recommend Saturday, although there's a bunch of us coming in Wed/Friday. You'll find we're a friendly bunch. Okay, I've got the top posting so it's TIME.
