Yeah, the goat...welllll.

No rituals, no defined schedule, lots of lawn chair and vistin' time. Only thing you need to do is make a NAME TAG. We had a bunch of really creative name tags last time... hope everyone remembers to bring them.

Currently, two members that have reservations have their trailers up for sale (Pat & Paul - BigFoot 5th Wheel, and Ron N. 2007 17.5 BigFoot), both have made reservations and are in the thick of things in A Loop (Sites A33 & A35), if either can't make it I hope they'll post and let folks know. It would cost $6 to change your reservation to a different site, but you may want to do it.

It appears we're going to have a bunch of newbies And in two months we'll all meet.
Donna, et al,

I'll be there. My house did not sell. Still have the "Foot".

Ron

Go for it Byron! I hereby annoint you chief (or is that chef?) Potluck organizer. Actually, Saturday is pretty easy. It's keeping track of who's going to bring what for Sunday breakfast.... how about we start with the same list (or what's needed) as last Spring?
Hey Donna,

Remind us how it worked last Spring...

OK - great

We'll be at the early bird potluck Thursday, Weiner roast Fri, potluck Sat and will bring stove and make a dish (french toast again?) for Sun AM. Whew!

Is someone bringing the NOG pit? We'll bring some extra wood too (oh yea and the easy up which I'm sure we will NOT need )

Donna, be forwarned, these two are PARTEE Animals!!

They'll keep everyone awake with HER snoring and his 'early to rise' firewood chopping
It was a real 'special time' we spent with them this last weekend up here in Kanadah!!!!

Hahahahahaa... that'll be the day Doug, you rascal you.
Likewise we had great fun at Ft Langley last weekend... look forward to the Northern OR adventure. We'll then tell you about our nightmare crossing back into the US war story. Argggggghhhhhhhhh... how to spoil an otherwise idyllic weekend.

Warm regards to you and Sandy. It was Sandy you brought this time, right?

Cheers,
Sharen (& Simon)

We'd love to have you tell us the story when we see you at the nog. We are thinking of visiting up there in the near distant future.

Byron, we will be heading up north Friday early to work, so we won't be there for the Saturday or Sunday events but I hope you two can make it to the Thursday night gathering in space 20 and even bring some of your dutch oven cooking.
Linda&Dale
I wasn't ignoring you, just thinking about logistics. It's gonna be pretty difficult to get there early enough on week night. By the time we get home from work, and get ready to head out again it can be pretty late.
Thanks for the personal invitation and hope that who ever is there has a fantastic time.

Got this message from Gayle and Larry

Quote:
Hi Donna - This is Gayle and Larry Husted. We find that we will be unable to attend the NOG this year but we have Site A40 reserved. We will be cancelling this reservation, but we just wanted to give you a heads up in case you knew someone who might want a site. We should be able to make it to the spring NOG and of course in July at Bullards Beach.
Bummer.

Of course, I don't handle the reservations... that's through Reserve America, I just keep track of who's coming and where they'll be parked.

Learn??? Carrie and I were "newbies" last Spring when we attended the Spring NOG. Only thing we had to learn was how to keep our arms from being shaken off by all the people welcoming us... (and how to keep from losing our voice talking to everyone) You will have a hoot. We are not going to be able to come this Fall as military duty precludes that. BUT, looking forward to next Spring to meeting you and seeing all our other new friends.

A while back I accused Donna of sneaking into my house and checking my work schedule to be sure I couldn't attend the NOG's. I'm still not convinced she isn't but I've out-maneuvered her: I lost my job!

PJ, Sashimi the Shih Tzu of Doom and I will be in A-37 Thursday-Sunday. I'd made the reservation back in July just in case I could find someone to cover for me. Worked out well, I'd say.

(( And I've already got a better job! ))

Dave

Dave, some people will do anything to attend the NOG... but, you've gone to the extreme. So, new job huh.... hope it's a good one! See ya in a couple of weeks.

Hey folks If you need to cancel for the NOG meet please let me know before you do. I'm cruising for a spot for my 13' Scamp Deluxe. She's never made a meet before and would love to be surrounded by fellow eggs and their humans.

thank you in advance if it works out.
