Thursday (Optional activity for those who will be there on Thursday night.)
7:00 (ish) Beer Exchange and Pre-Gathering Get-Together – Site A-11 Bring a six pack of your favorite craft beer and exchange one bottle/can of what you brought for something different. Please, come to meet people and visit even if you aren’t a beer-drinker. Bring chairs, jackets & beer (optional).
Friday
10:00-6:00 Registration – Site A-12 Everyone in the site needs to come to register, please. We will be taking photos of each group (and we want to meet/see you!) You’ll get a welcome packet with nametags and many other “goodies.” Drop off your wine for the wine-tasting event at this time and place, too.
6:30 Meet & Greet and Wine Tasting (Welcome & Introductions) – Site A-11 Please come, bring a finger food & participate in the get-together whether you want to participate in the Wine Tasting or not. Bring chairs & finger foods to share.
7:30 Campfire & Music – Site A-11 Bring chairs, jackets & roasting sticks for marshmallows. Bring musical instruments and voices.
Saturday
9:30 Share Table & Book Exchange – Site A-11 Please bring any items by 9:15.
10:00 Trailer Tours – If you brought a list of renovations and modifications, hang it by your door. Start anywhere you want to start. If you don’t mind people looking inside your trailer while you are not there, leave your door unlocked. Feel free to tour any
fiberglass trailer you find unlocked. (Make sure there is a Gathering sign on the site.)
10:00-1:00 New Bigfoot Trailers & RV Doctor – “Day-Use Parking Lot” Gibs RV in Coos Bay has generously paid the state park for a permit to display two of their new
Bigfoot trailers. Make sure to stop by and see them and the RV Doctor.
1:00-2:00 Workshops - Disaster Avoidance for Newbies - Frederick S (Site B-21)
