Hoping to get a Pacific Northwest mini-rally together. I have made reservations at the RV Resort at Cannon Beach for 7/11 for two nights. There are sites available around us and some at the Casita Forum have shown some interest. Throwing it open. Hoping for some interest on this forum, too!

Is Cannon Beach in Washington? My wife thinks it is in Oregon. I see you are in Washington.

We are planning on being up there the last two weeks of August. I would change our plans, but my nephew is getting married the 16th of August.

Maybe we can touch base with you anyway.

and the rest of that State of Oregon has many of our favorite campgrounds. We spent a few weeks up and down the coast a couple of years back. It wasn't long enough. Make sure you have reservations in the summer. I can remember lining up outside the gates around 10:00am hoping they would call our name from the wait list.

I'll keep these dates in mind....not sure what the summer holds for us - yet! :sunny

You are absolutely correct about getting reservations. I was told by the RV Resort at Cannon Beach that the campground is usually booked for the summer by the end of Spring Break (March this year). If you are interested, email me and I will tell you what space we are in. They said they would try to keep the spaces around us free as long as possible. Hoping you can join us!
