Pretty busy time of the year, but I am going to mark it on my calendar. Like other rallies, it sure looks like fun.

We HAD planned to get there this year but as I wrote to J.J., car related events on Van. Isle came first (over 4 years??).

Try to attend, great event in a great locations. Last year there were over 60 eggs, quite the site.

We are making our travel plans for this year and they include picking up our new-to-us 17' Bigfoot in CA and camping our way east to VA. Am looking at working our plans to include this rally.
When does registration start? And cost?
Also, will be towing our Bigfoot with my 01 Sienna. Can you tell me about the roads along that route and then leaving Marwayne to head towards MI?

Thank you for the information. I was hoping for some advice regarding good routes or routes to avoid between Vancouver, BC and Marwayne. I did notice that they have a par 3 course.

I was quite surprised Marwayne was a 5 1/2 hour drive from Calgary according to Google Maps. Still, not all that bad though. Not if a good time is offered at the end of the trip like this.

Worth the trip Jim, very nice drive, you even have a choice of roads and they are all nice to travel on. I personally prefer to stay away from the main highways so I went through Three Hills, Castor, Wainwright, to Marwayne.

Thats correct no extra costs , just campground fees !

We had planned on 2012 prairie egg but ended up at a family event instead. The time is problematic for us. I might end up at the Alberta Omelette for my first rally. When we can, we will come.
