This is a 1974
Trillium Camper (12 ft.). They were built in Alberta, Canada for a few years. The shell is very hardy with no damage. Overall, the condition is very good. In my opinion the interior just needs to be updated. This model has a bench style table that converts to a bed for two on one end. The opposite end has a single elongated bench seat that sleeps an additional person. All seating has storage beneath cushions, with exception to one area that contains the fresh water resevoir. The kitchen area consists of a sink, mini-fridge, small overhead cabinets and additional lower cabinet, and a spot for a stove. Originally, there was probably a
propane stove. There is a small ac unit- I have never tested it. There are various small
light fixtures. Currently, the flooring is carpet. Additionally, there is a linen closet. The exterior is white with a storage box attached to the front (probably where the
propane tank used to rest). The front has an
awning that raises ( two new screws need to be attached to the aluminum arms for a secure fit). Also the side with the entrance door has a track for an after market canopy/porch (this would have to be purchased- I have priced a few quality attachments for under $100; obviously, there are cheaper models. This is a nice retro camper. Like I said, it is in very good condition, but don't mistake it for perfect. It still needs minor adjustments inside. If you are handy-that won't be an issue. If not, you may spend a little more to make it your dream camper. If you are seriously interested, I can be reached at (813)454-2673
