Hi all! Selling my 1970
Boler 1300, #252. $1500 OBO.
It needs some TLC, but it's solid. one of the previous owners started to do a full reno on it and removed all the interior doors and cushions. He also did some shoddy
fiberglass work that needs to be redone right. There is no sink installed, no stove, no
furnace, no icebox. The drop down table is still solid. The front bunk support has been removed. I have a sink for the trailer, as well as a 12 volt
fridge, an original
Boler stove, a new cranked door window, a water tank, and an oven / stove combo. (It all goes with the
Boler.) There's more extras probably, but I can't think of any right now.
Here's some interior shots.
It tows very well, the frame has been reinforced at some point in the past, so it's very solid.
Tires and bearings are in good shape. Suspension seems to do its job well. No roof damage from snow or anything else. There's some
fiberglass damage from a rock or something on the front that the previous owner patched roughly. And there is some damage to the rear skirt of the trailer. Looks like the Boler was loaded a$$ heavy, and when it was disconnected from the tow rig it reared up and sat on the skirt. That's what the damage looks like anyways. And it's pretty much just cosmetic.
I never got to work on it like I planned, and now I don't need it seeing as how I'm moving to a ghost town 100 km (62 miles) from the nearest road. So,
for sale it goes.
Anyhoo, it's licenceable as it sits. The
lights all work, and I recently towed it 75 km so I know it rolls well. It's pretty much just a blank slate ready to turn into a dream bubble.
PM me if interested.
Cheers.
