I have tried everything that everyone has said.

None of these things is on my screen.

Let me read all my options.

bottom right of this white screen: Guided mode off / Check Post Length

Next box says: enable emoticons? / enable signature? / enable email notification of replies

Next box says: post icons

At the left hand bottom of page it says Add Reply or Preview Post

left hand side of page says Clickable Smilies

I have no other options.
Why?

I do appreciate everyone trying to help but I just don't get it.
