I'll be cleaning the trailer up and listing it for sale locally soon. I thought I'd give the folks here a heads up that a tandem axle 16ftr is available in Georgia.

16ft Fiberglass, dual-axle, travel trailer. Road ready. Fully self-contained - $5,600.
  • Headroom - Floor to ceiling: 73 inches
  • Full galley: double full sized sinks, extended galley counter, 3 burner oven, 3-way refrigerator
  • Wet bath: (51.5 x 30.5 x 73) raised (standard sized) toilet and recessed (stand up) shower, wash room sink
  • Twin gauchos convert to king-sized bed. (Mattresses -3 cushions = King Sized Bed 78 x 74.5 or 2 Single bunk cushions 78 x 30
  • Swing arm roll down attached awning
  • Roof air conditioner
  • Furnace
  • Electric trailer brakes (2 years new)
  • New brake lights
  • Overhead cabinets surrounding gaucho and galley
  • Full length clothes closet (23 x 73 x 30.5)
  • Deluxe paneled walls
  • Screened windows on all sides- Two 48 inch windows and one 36 inch window around bed, 36 inch window over kitchen sink, 18 inch window in bathroom
  • Converter
  • Hard wired sound system
  • Hard wired interior fans
  • Gravel guard
New In Box Accessories
  • 2000w generator (sine wave)
  • Screen room that attaches to awning
  • 4” king-sized memory foam mattress topper
  • Water hoses
  • Water regulator
Used Accessories
  • Awning mat
  • Choice of brown or black 3 burner replacement oven (only the burners work on the oven currently installed)

Work done on trailer since I acquired it: New flooring at entry door. New jack dolly. New brakes and brake lighting.
Trailer needs a battery for boondocking. I get them at Walmart about $40.
There is no gel coat. If there is, its under the white wash paint the previous owner applied. I wash it down and it cleans up but does not shine.

Trailer Weight: 2,200 pounds empty (Manufacturer specs say 1,700 pounds. Cat-scaled at 2,200)
Tongue Weight: 220 pounds

Is this unit still available? Where is this unit? Could we have pics of the inside and a phone number to give you a call?

Thanks
