1972 13 foot Boler "The Pine Cone" is For Sale

Hey all! The 13 foot 1972 Boler the Pine Cone is for sale again. (In Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) The guy who was supposed to buy it got into some automobile troubles and can no longer buy the Boler. So she's available again. And this time she's ging for $3500.00 She's gotta go! Let's see... Every inch of the interior has been redone in knotty pine. And no, it didn't add much weight. I took out over 125 pounds with the removal of the bunk bed at the front, the useless stove, and the equally useless furnace. As well as 1/3 of the side cupboard. So, all in all, about 125 came out and maybe 200 to225 pounds went back in. There is a bathroom in it now. As well as 2 subwoofers and 4 remote speakers embedded in the walls/ceiling. All of the wiring has been replaced. as has all of the light fixtures. with several new fixtures added under the counters and on the ceiling. The frame and suspension are in amazing shape. As is the fiberglass body. all windows open and shut. And the door is perfectly alligned to the opening. The trailer is a one of a kind. (especially with a real stained glass window done by Ann of Bill and Ann C of this forum replacing the door window. Thanx again everyone!

NEW PRICE. FINAL PRICE.

The end is near!!! The Pine Cone has to go by the end of the week; Because I have to go by the end of the week. So it's for sale for $2000.00 to the first person to show up and drop the cash into my hand. $2000.00 FIRM. First to show up takes it. I wont accept promises over the phone or internet. $2000.00 cash and it's yours. It is in nearly perfect condition. The wood that I added only added about 100 to 125 pounds to the trailer since I removed the barely functioning stove and furnace, the front bunks, and part of the side cabinet. All told ~100 - 125 came out. 225 to 250 went back in. The frame has been undercoated, the front of the trailer rock-guarded, every inch of the wiring replaced, and much, MUCH more. If I wasn't out of time, I wouldn't even contemplate selling it at this price, but, I AM out of time, so it's gotta go. The dinette still converts to a double bed, there is a bathroom which no Boler of this size or vintage has, it doesn't leak anywhere. Pretty much it's, "hook-up and go camping." So, the first person to show up with two grand gets it. The bearing are perfect, the tires are perfect, it has no spare tire, (stolen) no pump tap for the sink, and no fresh water holding tank. (I've been using 5 gallon spring water jugs.) And that's ALL that's not perfect. Anyhoo, first come first served.

PS. I'm in Ottawa, Ontario. Address: 113 Gilroy Road, Montague Township. K0G 1N0

Thanx!

Cory
