Its a nice looking rig, but did anybody else notice that the last picture posted is a totally different trailer, a Compact Jr? So is this person a FBRV dealer, or a scammer of some sort, or what? Just wondering...

No I didn't even go thru the pic's. But your right. As far as it being a scam, who know's but it is on Ebay. So I would say unlikely, though its always better to be safe than sorry.

If someone has an ebay account, could you ask the seller why he posted a pic of a trailer that isn't the trailer he/she is selling? I don't know cause I have never bought anything off of ebay. At the very least it would call it to the attention of buyers. And if it were a scam it would give buyers a heads up.

I asked the question about the last photo not being the Compact II that's for sale but rather a Compact Jr. The seller replied that she wanted a photo that showed the top raised and didn't have one of the II. Not sure how tough it would be to popup the top and take one.

Thanks Tom, and yes your right. How hard would it be? Though it may have been an after thought to have such a picture.

I messaged the seller on EBay and got the same lame excuse for that pic. I agree, how hard can it be to pop it and take a pic? And how misleading/confusing can a pic of the wrong trailer be? But there we go thinking, right?
And the answer is so silly, it might just be true...hehe
Anyway, would love to hear from whoever buys it, would make a nice new member of our big group!

Not to mention that the top on the Jr. is not even the same as the one on the II, since the Jr. is full-length and the II is a partial.

Kind of makes you wonder what might have been "too much work" on the restoration.

Huh, on my screen it shows that it ended on November 28 (5 days ago), with a winning (pretty nice price for the seller, to my mind) bid. I think that may have been the "Buy it Now" price.

Ended: Nov 28, 200915:48:05 PST
Bid history: 1 bid
Winning bid: US $3,400.00

I went to "see seller's other auctions to see if it had been re-listed (if the person maybe refused it), but I don't see it
