1973 Hunter Compact II $4700

Hunter Compact II ready to go camping. $4700 or best reasonable offer. Light weight. Pulls straight and steady with Subaru Forester, dinette makes into a queen size bed. Has toilet with black water tank (original) and 2-way refrigerator (original). No leaks in shell (had a small one at side window during a two day deluge on the Oregon Coast. Caulking around window took care of the problem) Quilted fabric on inside is original and in great shape, no cracks or tears. 12 gallon fresh water tank. No grey water tank, will include Thetford tank and connectors we have used for exterior grey water tank. Fabric on pop top has to tears.

Updates within last 6 years: power inverter, 12V socket,12 volt fan, portable AC unit, dump valve, tires. Has electric brakes that do not work right now. Installing them required a slightly larger axle, so trailer sits higher than most. Have loved this little trailer that fits in the garage and plugs into standard outlet (15 amps) but we're spending more time in it every year and need more room.

Located in Flagstaff, AZ.

Buyers than want to put this into their garage better measure it first. Without the original drop axle it could be a very tight fit into a standard garage door opening.

Height of trailer from ground to top of pop-up when closed is 82 inches (6ft. 10 in) My garage door height is 8 feet. I have no trouble getting it in the garage. Measure your garage door opening. The new axle raised it about 2 inches from the ground which gives it more clearance on rough roads.

Thank You for adding in the new height figure
Standard residential garage door openings are usually 84".
If a swing up door is in place subtract for that
96" residential garage door openings are very unusual
The original axle has a 4" drop.
My Hunter Compact-II measures 80.5" and, with a straight axle, would not fit through a standard garage door opening.
Good Luck with your sale.

Correction 1973 Hunter Compact II

Just fixed a typo "fabric on top has NO tears" not "to tears"
