I love this little trailer and it will be hard to give up. I'm looking for something bigger for a growing family. I've enjoyed every minute working on it and camping with it. The camper shell was removed from the frame the frame was repainted a few years ago and the shell was painted with auto paint. $5000.00 OBO

Jen, that's a very nice looking unit, and shouldn't be at all difficult to sell at that price.
Good Luck on your larger purchase......I do hope it will still be a moulded fiberglass unit.

Yes the trailer is still for sale but I have received a few inquiries that have made me realize that I forgot a few details.

-There is a clear title for the trailer
-We are in located in New Town (about and hour outside of Minot) We do travel to Fargo, Grand Forks and Winnipeg fairly regularly so we could arrange to meet up with any serious enquirers
-The two burner stove is original and still works great
-The furnace is original and has kept us very toasty on several occasions (in the pictures the grill has been repainted with high temperature paint)
-The fridge is not original, I believe it was put in in 2002, this was before I owned it. It is a three was fridge but I don't believe it has ever been hooked up for it to run off battery. The propane works. The electric worked when I first bought it but I haven't used it in awhile. I'm trying to test it right now.
-The axle has not been serviced
-The trailer holds one propane tank in the front, I have attached an older pic that shows this. There will be a propane tank included but we exchange our tanks so it will be whatever tank we have at the time
