Trailer: 1975 13 ft Trillium

The trailer is a well maintained 1975 Trillium. I replaced the 3 way fridge with a small electric bar fridge last year. The original propane furnace and 2 burner stove are still intact, however, I always use a coleman stove and small electric heater. The last time I used both the trailer furnace and stove, they both worked well. Removed upper bunk bed and converted to comfy day bed for afternoon naps when dinette setup. I have the bunk if you need sleeping for 4. Can easily be re-installed.

I put a new vinyl floor in 2 years ago and some additional shelving above the dinette and am half way through polishing the
exterior. It comes up nice! Fennel's RV in Victoria have always done service and I'll track down any receipts. I have
never experienced water leakage and have camped plenty of times in the rain. There is the usual wear and tear that comes
with a 34 year old unit; scratches on the fiberglass but otherwise everything is solid.

Included in the sale:
Porta potty - only used twice for toilet training my 3 year old;
Coleman camping table
small electric microwave
small electric coffee pot
sun canopy and home made add-a-room
trailer levels
interior storage shelves

Negotiable items:
brand new exterior camping mat - shown in beach photo - sand just sweeps off....
