To all who have recently inquired as to availability for sale. The short answer is 'yes and no'.

I am refurbishing the rear interior as I found mold on the carpet beneath the right rear bench seat. This is new as I had not seen this before last summer. I am replacing the entire bench area, removing the carpet and installing a new floor through out. Pretty sure it wont be carpet..possibly click floor, maybe linoleum, haven't decided yet.

I also want to rustproof the undercarriage , time permitting. There is also a crack in a window pane I want to repair.

It's a lovely camper and with the updated interior will be so much nicer. The sale price will not change, but may firm up.

If anyone lives close, please feel free to drop in and take a look. Just contact me first so that I will be home.

Hi,

The Trailer is 14 feet in length. The dry weight is 1400lbs. The GVW (loaded weight) is 1650lbs . I tow it with a Ford Escape V6 with no issues.

Even with water tank full you would still be well under your 1800 lb limit. Your minivan would be ok to tow. I am currently redoing the interior. See my latest post.

Hi.

There will be no increase in price. My current asking price was for a camper in good clean safe working order. The renoes will add to that. I'm not looking to line my pockets with money, just want whoever buys it to be happy with their purchase and take good care of it.

So far i've sanded down the floor. Inspected the hold down screws as per an earlier post of the shell separating from the trailer. There are lots of them, and their integrity looks sound.

I'm currently covering the plywood floor with a fibreglass resin to protect it. This resin is taking quite awhile to dry. I've found a really nice floor material that will look great and will last for years and years to come.

Also have two new tires but wont install them until I've finished the interior.

Any questions, feel free to ask. I do have some pics of the progress but haven't uplodaed them from camera yet. Keep an eye on this thread for them.

Hi John,

The trailer is spoken for, but technically not sold yet. It's still under renovation at this time. If the potential buyer decides he doesnt want it, you would be next in line. Thanks for your interest.
