1981 13' Scamp in N.E. Texas FOR SALE

I recently got a 27 ' Pace Arrow...
As much as it breaks my heart... this one must go.

it is very well maintained for a unit its age.
I need to replace the portable toilet.
It has the front bench/bunk floorplan.

I am preparing also to relocate to Houston ( Cypress )
so time is of the essence.

I'd probablly be able to let it go for about 2K

I will be taking pictures of it soon...right now I am in the process of
packing a house and getting ready to move to HOUSTON ( Cypress more specifically )

If you go to the Scamp website and look @ the 13'ers the one I have is the 1981 version
of the front bench/bunk model. It has the Heater,Frig (3way),window unit air, and there is
a custom made snap on 10x10 tent if you want more space. Part of the tent needs
alittle TLC...but is still servicable.

I'm looking to get about 2K for it but that total if a starting point.
