1984 17' Bigfoot, beautifully renovated! $7500 OBO

Hello. I'm selling my 84 Bigfoot. It's beautiful and I've put a LOT of work into it. It's been completely renovated and is gorgeous. It has an awning, nice stereo, corner full bathroom and a bunk.

New:
- electrical (including converter and water pump)
- PEX plumbing (new faucet in kitchen sink and shower faucet)
- windows all pulled, repainted frames (installed with new screws) and resealed window frames
- fresh interior paint on ceiling, cabinets, and walls (using HPLV gun for a beautiful finish)
- new linoleum flooring
- reupholstered cushions
- refinished countertops
- new vents on roof
- new Fantastic fan, new bathroom ceiling vent (HUGE improvement)

I fixed all of the leaks and repaired any water damage. Every inch of this trailer has been gone through and everything works. It'll be a fantastic trailer for years to come! I'm sure that there is more that I've done that I'm forgetting.

My wife and I decided to full time for a year and bought a big 5th wheel and will be hitting the road soon so this needs to go!

I'll be posting pictures soon. I'm actually still finishing putting everything back in and I hope to have pictures up within a week but I wanted to get the ad out there.

Willing to deliver within 500 miles for deposit plus fuel.

Interior looks very well done! After looking at the photos I went back and re- read how you painted . So smooth!

How are brakes, axle tires?

The brakes and axles are good. The tires have plenty of tread left.

Here are some pics of the exterior. I have the big cover for the front window, it just wasn't mounted when I took the pictures.

Looks great! What a cool floor plan, that's not a layout I've seen before but I like it!

I'm assuming it's factory. I can tell you that it was installed like that when I bought it. It looks factory installed to me and it never occurred to me that it wasn't factory installed. Was it not an option or something? I'm happy to take closer pictures of it if you'd like.

Quick couple of questions. 1 - what is the floor to ceiling height? 2 - is there any spot where a small A/C could be installed?

Thanks,
John - Colorado Springs, CO

The ceiling to floor is a minimum of 6'3".

You could replace the fantastic fan with an AC. I had a window AC in it while I was renovating when it hit 110F outside. I wouldn't drive down the road with it that way but it takes just a minute to install/un-install, so you could go that route. I'd even include it if you really want it.

84 17' Bigfoot for sale, Fully Renovated, Special Price ($7500) until 7/30/13!!

Hello. I'm selling my 84 Bigfoot. It's beautiful and I've put a LOT of work into it. It's been completely renovated and is gorgeous. It has an awning, nice stereo, corner full bathroom and a bunk.

We're heading out on an extended trip on Aug 1. I'm offering a special price of $7500 until then. If it doesn't sell by then, it'll move to a friends house and stay for sale (at $8500).

New:
- electrical (including converter and water pump)
- PEX plumbing (new faucet in kitchen sink and shower faucet)
- windows all pulled, repainted frames (installed with new screws) and resealed window frames
- fresh interior paint on ceiling, cabinets, and walls (using HPLV gun for a beautiful finish)
- new linoleum flooring
- reupholstered cushions
- refinished countertops
- new vents on roof
- new Fantastic fan, new bathroom ceiling vent (HUGE improvement)

I'm located in Walla Walla WA. I'm willing to deliver within 500 miles for deposit plus fuel.
