1987 Scamp 16' $5700 - Connecticut

1 7/8 Hitch
Electric Brakes
7 Pin Bargman Trailer Plug

Front couch converts to two bunks
Rear dining table folds down to bed
Flush toilet with black water tank
On demand water pump
3 burner stove with oven (makes killer mac and cheese, heats crab cakes, and makes a mean batch of chocolate chip cookies)
exhaust fan/light (12 volt) over stove
120 volt fluorescent light
Suburban heater with thermostat
3 way fridge
gray water tank
freshwater tank with external fill
rear vent/escape hatch
Air conditioner
Folding screen door
Roll out awning
Slider windows
Propane tank
20 30 amp electric cord
city water hookup
rear fold-down stabilizer jacks

recent Updates
Tires-they currently have approximately 2300 miles on them (spare is older)
Bearings replaced and repacked
New foam for ALL cushions (used existing covers, some of which have minor wear/tear)
single-tank propane holder
propane regulator
Charge Wizard 30 amp charger
Distribution/fuse box for 12 volt
Group 27 marine battery
Battery box on front tongue
Linoleum flooring
door hinges and door handle/lock
3 speed reversible fantastic fan
LED running lights
LED tail lights
Remote control for outside light near door (dont laugh, youll never trip over your chair walking back to a dark camp sight)
LED light and Cold Cathode light over back beds
120 volt outlet under rear seats
120 volt outlet installed outside
combination smoke/CO2 Alarm

Sewage drain hose
Four leveling jacks
20 drinking water hose
pressure regulator
water filter (1 year old, used twice)
leveling blocks for tires
extra hardware from Scamp (rivets, new hardware for the front windscreen, etc.)

There is no water heater installed. The area where it goes has been filled with spray foam insulation.
The sewer hose holder is cracked, but still functional
The gel-coat has seen better days. It is dull, but it cleans up nicely with some elbow grease and cleaner.
The awning is missing the bottom part of one leg. I have been unable to find a replacement so I use a piece of PVC pipe. Also, one of the arms for the awning does not slide in enough to pack into the awning carrier, so it lives inside when the awning is rolled.
The fridge works great on AC (even makes ice). Operation is spotty on gas. I believe it just needs a thermocouple (dont hold me to this) as gas does flow to the unit and the igniter does light. Never tried on DC power.
The rear table is structurally sound (for using as a table and when folded down) but is in rough shape cosmetically)
