It will sleep up to 4 people depending. It comes with 2 new tires and the spare has never been used. There is a side couch that will make two bunks, and a front dinette that makes a bed. Complete with water holding tank, pump and hot water heater. There is a holding tank for gray water. This little camper could be pulled with almost anything it is so light.
