1994 16' Scamp for sale. $5,500 or best offer. This camper sleeps up to four people, and is located 5 minutes north of Sioux Falls.

-30 amp electric hookup
-Very clean

-Brand new portable toilet
-Couch in front coverts to bunk bed
-Plenty of storage
-Luggage rack included.

questions (apologize if some of these are stupid, I'm a newb):

Does it have a furnace (in good working condition)?
Does it have electric brakes?
Is the luggage rack welded on or is there a receiver hitch?
What's the water system (other than the hookup)? Storage tank, hand or electric pump, hot water?
Battery in good shape?
Is there a fan in the roof or just a vent?

No furnace
No brakes, but it's very light so I've never needed them
There's a two inch receiver welded to the frame. I added the luggage rack to that
No hot water. Electric pump
I don't have a battery for it
Just a vent on the roof
