Very nice 1994 16ft Scamp Deluxe for sale in Southern Indiana. Front bunk, 3 way fridge, 3 burner stove, 2 propane tanks, new battery, new tires (1000 miles), awning, fantastic fan, AC under wardrobe. NO BATH or water heater. Everything works, cushions in great shape. Has one paint crack on counter top next to stove. Comes complete with silverware and all the dishes you need to just hitch up and go!

Forgot to mention that it has a gas furnace which works fine, but we always used a small space heater since the camper is so well insulated. It also has a vent hood over the stove. I had to order a new excape hatch lid since the original is so brittle. It will be here and installed sometime next week. I also just replaced all the rivet/screw caps and any bad rivets and screws. The fan lid was previously replaced and the furnace vent cover was replaced 2 years ago. The tires were new 2 years ago and have less than 100 miles on them. The curtains are custom made to match. Bearings have been maintained and the axle looks good. The trailer also has electric brakes. It also comes with all the original paperwork/sales reciepts etc. We are the 2rd owners and it has been well taken care of.

Nice scamp. I am in the market, especially looking for one without a bathroom. Do you know the approximate weight of your trailer? How is the condition of the flooring (appears to be carpet). Also, you noted southern Indiana for your location. Could you share what city? I am in SE Wisconsin so southern Indiana could be a long haul for me.

Not sure of the exact weight, but I believe the dry weight is somewhere between 1500 and 1800lbs. We pulled it with a Nissan Quest minivan and the previous owner pulled it with a Toyota Camry. We are located near Freetown, IN (zip 47235). The carpet is in great condition as are the seat cushions.

After spending so much time in the Scamp preparing it for sale, I came to the realization that it is like part of the family! I don't think we can part with it at this time. We will give it another year and see if we get more use out of it.
