Registration good through 5-2013.
- Trailer interior is in excellent condition, no leaks, nonsmokers. Cleaned thoroughly after every camping trip. Upholstery is a sage green pattern, no rips or stains. Mini blinds on all windows in great condition.
- Two doors, one in the rear bedroom and one by the front dinette.
- Rear bedroom with full sized bed. Bedroom has large windows and a door that closes. Large storage area under bed
- Kitchen has a double sink, range with oven, microwave and dual door refrigerator/freezer.
- Front dinette that comfortably seats 4, can seat 5 with a chair added at the end. It makes into a twin sized bed. Above the dinette is a cabinet that can be folded open into a bunk. The dinette area has nice large windows also.
- Bathroom with shower and very small tub. There is an outdoor shower also.
- AC and forced air furnace.
- Built in radio with four speakers.
- Rear ladder with roof that can be walked on.
- Full length awning.
- Stabilizer/leveling jacks on all four corners.
Equalizer hitch available if needed.
Exterior is dirty from being in storage but in very good condition. It will clean up very nicely.
Someone swiped the water heater door in said storage.
Tires are in good shape but original, so will need to be replaced sometime soon. Trailer is priced with that in mind.
