Okay, this deal seems to good to be true. So be cautious.

Great Deal 1998 - 16 ft Casita "Spirit" Travel Trailer weighs less than 1900 lbs! Dining table/ bed, kitchen, bath with shower/ toilet. Air conditioner is in rear of trailer as they were installed at the factory in these models/years. Air-conditioner is not a roof mount, but is similar to a small window unit, which is a good thing if you ever need to replace it. This one works fine and does a good job cooling the trailer. Kitchen has a propane stove, Microwave, and refrigerator. New tires and rims. Call (907)374-98 leave message
