removed the water heater, the burner unit was rusted out, took the holding tanks, and commode out-still have all parts to reattach, has Sink,
Propane Stove, Icebox, Shower Stall , and all the cushions are in great shape
Has lots of ground clearance now- about 10" @
axle, and 16" to frame, so you can take it off road for camping or fishing
