I believe this unit may have sold.

This was an ad published in craigslist on Oct. 20, 2008: http://phoenix.en.craigslist.org/cph/rvs/886857731.html

Trailer: Burro 17 ft Widebody 1999
Posts: 60
Hi, My Burro is still available and I have lowered the price to $8000.

Pictures are located at: http://www.arizonahighcountrycampgro...urro/burro.htm

The solar panel is not included but is negotiable if wanted.

This is a hard to find 1999 Burro widebody lightweight molded fiberglass travel that is is great condition with many extras.
The Burro molded fiberglass trailer is unique in its class. It is made from double wall fiberglass construction with a layer of foil backed insulation between the layers. The cabinets and counters are also molded fiberglass. This makes for better insulation against cold and heat as well as preventing condensation from the fiberglass walls. It is also very easy to keep clean by just wiping down the walls.

The Burro also made this widebody model which adds additional width and height, making for a much more spacious interior over other fiberglass trailers like the Casita or Scamp. The measurements for this 17 ft model
are: Length 17ft 8inches; Height 7ft 10inches; Width 7ft 6inches.

Although Burro has been out of business for 8 years they still have their web site which shows all the specifications. You can see them at www.burrotrailers.com

The best thing about these trailers is their light weight. They can be pulled by almost any car.

The dry weight is 1800 lbs. Hitch weight is only 125 lbs.

My Burro has had almost no use in its life so everything is like new inside except for the updates I've done.

This is the model with the dinette in front and another dinette in back which makes into a large bed which is 54 inches wide and 84 inches long..

The trailer is fully self contained. It has a toilet and shower. The shower/bath room has a glass door which is waterproof and provides extra light.
The galley has a 3 burner stove, SS sink, highrise faucet, water heater, black & gray holding tanks, and fresh water tank with 12 volt pump.

There is an outside electrical plug.

It has a very nice aluminum screen door and the main door has a secure deadbolt lock from the inside as well as a key lock on the outside..

The tires are good and it has a spare mounted on the rear. The rear bumper and spare tire mount are very sturdy. It has a 7 pin connection w/ electric brakes. No leaks. Single propane tank.

There are 2 stabilizers welded to the frame which snap down when parked

+12 volt/110 volt TurboKool rooftop evaporative cooler - works great in dry climate and also doubles as an exhaust fan
+Built in Olympian propane catalytic heater
+New high rise faucet in galley
+New wood-tone lino
+New InterWest 10 foot awning
+Extra 110 volt and 12 volt sockets
+New deep cycle house battery
+New refrigerator (electric only)
+Cable TV hookup through wall
+Flexible cantilever mount for flat screen TV

Also included is a double propane bottle holder set up I haven't installed yet,
As you can see there have been a lot of expensive updates done to this Burro, all within the last few months.
