I am trying to find the answers to your questions, I will probably have to follow up later today. As far as I know the camper has electric brakes and the exact weight I do not know--they are advertised at 1750# without options. There is an excellent thread on fiberglassrv that has actual trailer wts--for the life of me I am unable to find it through the search option--but I am thinking the 16' Scamp really weighs around 2200#--with the bath, air conditioner, refrigerator etc. It has the 7 prong plug for hook up to the truck which I think means it has electric brakes. I will follow up.

Found out some info for you. Yes the camper has brakes, and the weight with the options and loaded for camping would be around 2200#--2500#

We had accepted 3 offers of $8500.00 starting in September. Each time for one reason or other the sales were not completed. Finally a sale is pending--$8500.00 on Thursday of this week.
