Before our Escape trailer we had a camper also ,that was one of 150 made by a father and son . 75 went to Japan . They couldn't keep up with Lance etc. so they couldn't make it . They would have only 3 in different stages of builds at a time .I saw the quality and bought it used . Still love campers and to see different idea's . Good luck with your sale ! Pat
