This Casita Spirit Deluxe is in great condition and super clean. It is setup for travel on or off the grid with solar power. It sleeps 3 and includes a bathroom with shower, 4 person dinette, 2 person dinette, 2 burner stove, 4 cu. ft. fridge with freezer, 6 gallon water heater, a/c, gas furnace, awning, vinyl flooring, 25 gallon fresh water, 32 gallon grey water, 16 gallon black water, high lift axle, and 15" rims. It also comes equipped with $1800+ of solar & electrical upgrades including 2 100 amp hour AGM maintenance free 12V batteries, Sunsaver MPPT solar charger, Trimetric 2025 battery charge monitor, 2 100 amp solar panels. It has all LED lighting and is custom wired with 6 12V power outlets. It is being sold because we bought a large motorhome. This Casita is ready for adventure and needs a good home. (A 2000 watt Honda generator that runs on both gasoline or propane is also available).
