My stuff needs to be out of my office on May 14 of this year. I am done. Roosevelt University offered me a deal I could not turn down. We are getting all that crap: Medicare, Social Security ready to go for April of this year, when I become fully vested in Social Security.

Send a message via Yahoo to Kevin A
Pam, not a big deal, but your description of our Bigfoot on the map lists it as a 25'. It's actually a 28'. Thanks!

Pam Edit - Fixing it now!

Greetings from Ohio

I just reserved site #126 arriving Thursday, September 11; departing Sunday September 13.

Could I be the first Casita to get on the list?

Looking forward to first-time camping in Michigan!

Pam's Edit - Glad to have you Larry! Yes you are Casita Numero Uno!

Roger and Cheryl in a Scamp 13 will be on site 119 from Friday to Saturday. Looking forward to seeing everyone again!

This year the pack will be smaller. Katie our 15 year old standard schnauzer passed away this month. This will be the first Algonac Egg Scramble she will have missed. Having been there for the 8 years since this rally started.

Our younger schnauzer Binka will be doing the guarding, greeting, and begging on her own this year. Well except for my help, I'm pretty good at the last two anyway.

So sorry for your loss, we lost our 15 year old black lab, Franklin in March 2019 and he is still missed, even after we rescued another dog who's name was....Franklin.......

Just a quick update, as we move through the current situation with the coronavirus. Because this rally is in September, I'm currently taking a 'wait and see' attitude about it. I think/hope we will be fine to hold it considering it is 5 months from now. I'll keep you in the loop if things change. Stay safe and well everyone.

Thanks for keeping us updated Pam. At this point it's strictly wait and see.....oh yes, and hope.

We have had some rally members who had to cancel, so I’m updating the map in the next couple of days. This will likely be a simplified rally this year, limited to small groups hanging out at campsites. Still making a final decision on the need for the pavilion this year, stay tuned.
But no matter what, We can still enjoy being at Algonac, and there will still be freighters and fireside visits.

Thanks for the update Pam. Still looking forward to it.
The plan was to continue on to the Niagara Escape Rally the following week, but that's looking very doubtful now. The border may not reopen by then. If not, I'd welcome some suggestions for something else after Algonac.
