Between the kitchen sink and the entry door the closet has been cut open to make room for a large "compressor" electric only refrigerator.
This is a side-bath trailer, the front bunk beds have been removed in order to build out a larger loft space for a regular "Queen" mattress according to the picture.

You're right on the fridge it is an electric fridge. We put in extra vents to keep it cool. there was a closet there with a couple drawers down below. Actually, there is no bath in this unit, the bath is a huge closet and storage area.
The set up workd great for us as we primarily park in campgrounds and have
electrical and bath facilities available. We prefer not to dry camp but have a porta potti if necessary and always have an ice chest with us just in case and also to carrry our cold beverages.
As far as the bed goes we did remove the sofa/bunk beds and turh the bed sleeing front to back instead of sideways, that way we don't have to crawl over each other to get out and also built in additional storage/beside stands along each side of mattress. Where the sofa was by extending the bed we also made room for additional storage where you see the wood doors. We have bins to put our clothes, bedding and bath supplies in. Great little set up.
We kept the sofa parts and bedding parts if someone wanted to easily convert it back. Also we change out the table. The table can be extended about 12 inches by pulling it out to put a leaf in the back which is great for playing games and cards etc.
