Well it certainly would guide one's price opinion, but I wouldn't say it's a deal breaker unless you want one that's pretty much ready to roll.

This one has already had some stuff done to it over the years. It is not totally original.
Mine was a little rougher to start with. But one can do wonders with some work. Check it out for yourself.
