It would be good to put the exact location of the trailer - looks like California but some people will see Alaska in the poster's profile and think it is there.
Also interior pics would be great.

Any chance you know the weight and dimensions (particularly height) offhand? I've been looking for a Minit because my tow vehicle is only rated for 1000 lbs and read elsewhere online the Compact II may weigh less than that as well.

We think the weight is about 900lbs empty, height is 80" with top down, width is 80" & length over all
is 13 ft. don't know the tongue weight but I can pick it with 1 hand. Ken

80" will literally give me 1" to spare of vertical clearance to get it in my garage! Would love to see interior pictures. Any leaks or body damage?

Stacie if you havent already found it there is a list of Trailer Weights in the Real World on this forum. These were trailers weighed at trailer meets with peoples belongings in them. You should expect any trailer you buy to weigh in at 500/600lbs more than the manufactures dry weight. Reason for that is the dry weight does not include things such as battery, propane tanks, fridges, awnings etc. and add to that your own belongings. Compact II's listed range in weight from 1720lbs to 2020lbs.

Ah, looks like I'd need a Junior not a II. If I can find something with a low dry weight it should work just fine because I'm not going to be loading it up with much of anything. Just want it for overnight (possibly two night) trips around the Bay Area so I just want it for sleeping in. About to start a build of a small but taller than average teardrop to suit my needs but saw this and thought it could work.

By the time you add almost nothing to even the smallest FGRV any of them will be well over 1000 lbs. If your TV's limit is only 1000 lbs, you might want to look for one of the few 2 person pop-up tent trailers or consider a teardrop. At that limit, they are almost saying "don't tow". There is no way a Compact Jr will stay under that weight.
