That is not a complete lock, it is just the part that the key goes into.
If you have a lock where the key does not work but the rest of the lock does, this may work for you or it may not.
Each model of lock usually had it's own key cylinder type. This one reminds me of the type that goes into a "T" or "L" shaped handle.
