Wow, even the shroud has not been cut. I agree, nice trailer and even nicer price. BTW, what year is it?

i think its a 97 model. i did notice no a/c or awning

Yes, no awning but it looks like the top rail and bottom mounts are there. AC would be an easy install. I wonder what the inside looks like.
