As all fiberglass campers are measured it is 19' from the tongue to the back of the camper. There is no air conditioner. Oxygens came with catalytic heaters. The flexible rubber line is still there but the heater is not.

Haven’t as yet installing washroom in the very front , notch in rear bed might have helped with swinging legs in and out as I find this difficult as well. Your situation has parallels to many my wife and I camp in a 32 foot fifth wheel towing a lake boat behind. Comfort trumps coolness. I enjoy my riv and oxygen alone. Tried to compromise once by mounting a fifth wheel hitch in an 04 srt 10 viper truck single cab but she wouldn’t ride in that either. Happy wife happy life.
