NC | Casita 16 Spirit Deluxe

Hi,
I am new to this forum so am trying to figure it out. I have a 1999 Casita Spirit Deluxe for sale. Tan/earth tone cushions, heating convenience package, awning package, interior convenience package, 14 inch tires. I pull it with my Kia Sorento (6 cylinder). I drove to Rhode Island to buy it years ago. We are in Greenville, NC. It has new A/C (front mounted), new inverter, new microwave, new full size bed (foam) and new battery. It also has a 3-way refrig, kitchen 2-burner stove with power range hood/light, furnace, hot water, full bathroom, closet. This model has 15 gal fw tank with 13 gal gray water tank,2 propane tanks. Bench seats and table. Fully ready for camping and recently serviced. We are festival goers and performers, but prefer now to stay at home. All it needs is a wax job! $8,000. 252-412-4411. Thanks. I have a 2000 spirit deluxe 16' Casita that I have not used in three years while rehabbing an old house and I am going to prepare it for sale in a month. Its in Jacksonville, Florida. Its dirty but everything works well and it trailers great behind a small Jeep Wrangler. Price $8,200.00

Understanding how Casita's and other fiberglass travel trailers sell, if it comes up forsale you best be on your way with cash in hand. Looks like this one lasted one day.
