17’ Spirit Deluxe
Casita Travel Trailer
$12,900
Purchased new in 2004. We are the original owners and are located in the northeastern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. Casitas have a strong
fiberglass shell and are extremely durable, aerodynamic, and very easy to tow. Loaded
weight is about 2,800 pounds. Loaded hitch
weight depends on
weight distribution but should be at least 10% of trailer weight. This is
light enough to tow with some mini-vans (check your vehicle’s owner’s guide for recommended tow weights).
This is a great camper -- perfect for two people. The only reason we are selling it is to get a larger trailer so that we can bring our grandsons camping with us.
We have kept this
Casita in the garage on jack stands, and maintained it religiously (washed/waxed after every trip, lubed & repacked bearings twice etc). This is a no-pet and no-smoking trailer. It is spotless.
The company has a website which shows the floor plans of their models and describes how they are outfitted.
