dallas ft worth area-2008 Casita-$14,750

2008 Casita, 17', bought new at factory, paid $19,000 in early '08. Roof a/c, queen bed, all options, (don't remember what model name but it's the biggest and nicest). Used once, been in storage since, in perfect condition, no animals, smokers, even still smells new! I rescued several dogs and thus it was not appropriate any more for me and 3 dogs. I'm getting a 26' TT soon and hate to give it up as I always wanted one! [SIZE=3]flexible price

3-2-13, I have had this unit at the factory in Rice Tx making sure all systems were functioning normal. I spent $556.00 getting small things fixed. They gave me a letter stating that all works normal as of that date. The unit will sell with its companion, $700. aniti-sway, load lever hitch. I didn't realize how desireable and rare these units are in good condition, used. The same unit on the showroom floor this visit was $21,985. window sticker. Therefore, considering all the above, the sales price is now $14,750. I have many pics but don't know how to upload them here, as they are in an email I sent to someone else from my smartphone. Don't know how to get them from smartphone to the PC. So, if anyone's interested they can email me privately and I'll forward that email. I'm firm on the price, cause it's a one of a kind, in all respects.

Interesting sales strategy.

Yes I do, but as the additional info in my ad said, they are in an email I sent from my smartphone to another person who is interested. If you send me your email address, I can forward that email to you. One more thing, I'm a little flexible on the price of $14,750. But, considering the rarity of a factory checked out, stuff fixed at my expense 10 days ago, and it being as close to unused as possible, and it's many nice features, like a king bed, I feel it's worth it to a buyer not to be worried something is gonna show up bad the first time they take it out. Mine is barroneri at aol.

i'm slightly flexible on price.
Also, I tried uploading the 6 pics I have in an email, but I could only do one, the others said invalid file. I'm not a PC expert, at my age 67.

It's most likely long gone. The ad was placed last March.
