Egg wanted - British Columbia

Looking for a fibreglass trailer, 13' to 17'. Poor/Bad/?? shape immaterial. Would prefer no frame issues. (merely because I am unfamiliar with working with metal). Willing to travel, possibly to import from the US.
Any reasonable price. I know that these trailers are all loved and finding a decent one for sale (at a price I can afford) is more of a fantasy than reality, but, never hurts to try!!!

Thanks, Min

Hi Min, saw this old post on Bolerama (12/25/10), it's post 8681.1:
There is a boler for sale in Cache Creek, BC his phone number is 250-320-9516. This has nothing to do with me. I am just passing this info onto all of you.

Or you could try: Kijiji British Columbia: Free classifieds for Jobs, Resume, Cars, Housing, Apartments, Furniture, Personals, Services, Events, Appliances and more.

and of course there's Molded Fiberglass Trailers | Fiberglass RV's For Sale

Good luck on the egg hunt!

Since you are located out in nearby Mission (B.C.), I'd suggest you try n seek out some of the Mission Klassics Car Club as MANY of them have Eggs and some are looking to sell them off and restore others....

So far unable to connect with Cache Creek.

Good idea about the car club. Will look into finding a contact number.

Thanks

Thanks Ken, and others. Have tried the C.Creek one a couple of times, but, no answer. Also one in Williams Lake.

The Boler that you have mentioned Ken, looks like it could be good. Tried him this am, left a message. Probably follow up tomorrow.

I made a quick check on this one. Lots of potential, unfortunately for me, a much bigger project than I can handle right now. Already have two or three projects of that scope "on the go".

Someone has a great opportunity with this one!! Could turn out "awesome"

Min,
Have you checked Kijiji for Boler trailers? BC seems to have a good selection - actually the best that I've seen so far.

A newer feature in Kijiji is select province of BC, then instead of selecting a specific city, just hit BC again. This will highlight all of BC and list everything that you search for: for example type in the search : Boler.
I usually try a bunch of different things as some people don't list their trailers as trailers, or fiberglass or even for that matter the specific make.

Thanks Wayne. I usually check C'list and Kijiji, (funny I can type it but I can't pronounce it - at least without laughing), I have tried a couple, but, nothing has really clicked yet.

It is too bad that I have insufficient time, right now, to take on that C'list boler. A lot of work, but, a good starting point.

boler

There are 2 more bolers on graigslist vancouver One is 1975, the other 1973 looks like a lot less work than the one for 750.

the 73 4,300 and the 75 3,500

Thank you everyone, for all of your ideas and contacts.

There were a couple that turned up that I would have purchased. Unfortunately, I cannot get "Awesome Lady" to "get on side" with my ideas. To ensure the domestic tranquillity, that I have come to enjoy immensely, I have had to give up the idea of getting an egg. At this time. I am patient, if nothing else!!!!
