Found this one on eBay:

1976 11' All Fiberglass truck camper Cab-over

Needs work but the price isn't too bad right now. Kind of hard to tell from the pictures if it's molded or laid-up fiberglass.

It looks molded to me. The bottom part seams right along the edge. The photo from the front shows it clearer. Looks like one that was marketed by Ford.
