Located in Phoenix AZ, this is light weight, easy and inexpensive to pull. In excellent condition. One nonsmoking, nonpet owner. Sleeps up to 4, 1,200 lbs. total weight unloaded, 90 lbs. hitch weight. Interior height 6'1"; interior length 10', interior width 6'6". Overall height 7'4", overall length 13'. Has 3-way frigerator, 2 burner propane cooktop, sink with 12 gallon fresh water tank and hand pump plus city water faucet, clothing closet, front and rear upper cabinets, cabinet over sink for storage, silverware drawer, battery pack with power converter, 12V and 110V lighting, window behind cooktop, spare tire and cover, gravel shield for front window, 2 stabilizer jacks, sani-potti, folding screen door, 12V outlet inside, 110V outlet outside, 12V outside light, vinyl flooring, propane tank, 26 gallon gray water tank, bunk beds that covert to sofa, and a dining table that coverts to a full size bed. Two foam mattress pads cut to fit the double bed and one bunk bed are included. $8500 or best offer. AZ, too far for me but the unit looks good. We tent camped in AZ and camped in a pop-up without air even longer term camping. So many lovely places to camp there. To be in AZ right now................I can't imagine this will last long.
