curtis, I know the 1970's Trilliums were higher inside than the original Boler/clones (Scamp, etc.) The
Trillium 1300 can sometimes be found with a "bathroom" (I had one), but they're rare. The
Trillium 4500 (15' long) also sometimes has a bathroom.
I don't know the heights of other older ones, such as the Burro/clones, but I bet some of the taller folks will chime in (I looked at a Compact Jr. and I could actually stand up in that - just - without the pop top raised

Also, I don't know if the "wide body" Burros were any taller than the regular ones
