Larry - When I met the Oliver folks at the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds, they said that they were considering building a 20 footer, but that's probably still not big enough for you. I think that they are fine tuning the Spirit that they have available right now. I understand that they actually listen to their customers, unlike Casita. Happy camping with the kids! Sounds like fun!

Odie, check what all the options will cost. Plus, there are three models of 17' Casita's. which one are you quoting the price for?

Casita is always "having a sale."

I'd have to be convinced that this new "sale price" is really just $20 higher than what Larry's asking. The difference is all in the add-ons...

I mean, it's possible, but before questioning anyone's price on an older model, we need to compare what comes "standard" on the Deluxe (and what comes standard on the Standard), and what are the add-ons.

Looking at Larry's list of options, I'm thinking it has several things that would not be included in the base price of a new Deluxe:

Well, .... We couldn't bear the thought of letting the Casita go.

The Grandkids are going to have to just understand that we don't have room in our trailer for them to travel with us. Most of the time, it is just the two of us, and we didn't exactly like the idea of taking the larger trailer all of the time.

So, ..... being the silly people we are, ... we've decided to sell our brand new, never used, 24' Kodiak travel trailer, .... and keep our little Casita.

Life is to short to "settle" for less than what you really like, .... if you can afford to do that. And we "really like" our Casita.
