I'm responding to your burro.
Says it needs tlc....the awning, no gray water holding tank?, dents and niks.
The photo of the door area look like there is a crack?, have you checked into what it takes for repair? I am unfamilar with costs and how to do.

Are you looking to sell asap?
I will be down in Ca. (San Jose area) the first part of Nov. and could check it out.....if it lasts that long.

all cracks and dings are surface level but need to be patched with a fiberglass repair kit. then some light sanding and painting to restore a little original look.

Ellen, Burro had no dealer network. They did like Scamp and Casita. Pick up ay factory, or have delivered.

I know most of these smaller units have no separate bathroom/shower area.
Is there an area(closet) that could be converted to one?

Yes, my unit has plenty of room in the front for such an idea. there are 2 tables in this model. front is your 2 seat dinet/sml single bed. and in the rear the bed is a 4 seat table/bed combo. thus the entire front interior could be converted "fairly" easily.
