Saw a 'Cadet'? for sale in Orillia, ON Canada

I was driving on Atherley Road, south part of Orillia, just west of the Tim Horton's and saw this red and cream Fiberglass Trailer that, to me, looked like an 'in good shape' Cadet, with a For Sale sign.
Just a quick drive past but I saw fittings for fridge and furnace and a nice box up front for propane etc.
Someone might like to google and/or ask around.

Well, I really like the Cadet trailers, as you can actually tow them with a 4 cylinder car!
I am VERY interested and curious if you may be able to get the contact info for it,
(if it is easy and convenient for you) as I have tried to locate on the internet and am not been able to find any info on this?
I would really like to buy it, if it is reasonably priced, especially if it is a fixer upper, or needs work!!!!!!
