CA | Selling my 13ft 1998 Scamp $6500

I bought a Scamp in its original condition last June. After new flooring, new battery, paint, new knobs and update cushion covers we only used it once. The heater was giving me some trouble but other than that is in fine condition. Has the bathroom without the shower. Asking $6500. Pics on my page

It comes with the dishes, silverware and cups/mugs. I also have a memory foam mattress, which is cut out to fit over the bed.
