Sold: 02 Bigfoot 25RQ

Edited as it is a 03, not 02. Apologize.
We have decided to sell our 2003 Bigfoot 25RQ Anniversary model, of which I am the 3rd owner. We just haven't used it like we hoped or planned, and some local camping was the overall result.

I have some photos I can send, but as you know the floor plans are all the same.

Modifications and improvements consist of a new fantastic fan in the bedroom with the rain sensor option, 2 front removable heavy duty Husky scissor jacks, new Maxxis tires in 2013, and a sensor activated entry way motion light.

All 3 rear windows have been removed and re-sealed due to some minor leakage. The inside décor panels suffered some minor warping on the back wall and by the bed headboard due to this. I was going to replace the interior panels but decided not to as it's minor, barely noticeable and doesn't enhance anything for me to warrant doing so.

Regarding the thermal windows, there is some gasket creeping on some. This can be repaired if it is a concern. The repair procedure can be done by yourself, or I have a contact where the windows can be shipped to. The creeping does not affect the thermal aspects or condition, just aesthetics.

There are 2 small hairline cracks in the fiberglass shell, which I was planning on having repaired this spring.

Outside of these items, the trailer is in great shape! No upholstery tears, clean, and ready to go. No smoking by any of the owners. In the years I have owned the unit, the trailer is winterized and in covered storage during the winter months. Everything works beautifully. Tv connections so you can add if desired, along with cd/radio/microwave, oven. All tank level sensors in working order. The air conditioner works, but is never used other than to run periodically each year to maintain.

I am not willing to entertain any low ball offers. My bottom line is $19750.
You can send me a PM for answers to any questions.
Thank you!

Bigfoot

I am looking for a Bogfoot. Do you have any photos you could send me? (Or post?) I will be upgrading from my first fgrv, an older Burro widebody.

I am moving from CA to acreage in WA, where I am from & will be residing in my RV during the construction phase.

Thank you! It sounds like your Bigfoot has had excellent care!

I will put some photos together, although they essentially all look the same.

This unit does not have the couch-dinette combination, but I prefer it this way. As you probably know, the dinette makes into a double bed with little effort. We use it as an occasional couch -laying out pillows to make it a comfortable and relaxing area to read or watch tv.

One thing I can say, these units have a ton of storage for a travel trailer.

Just a side note; we stayed at a mountain lake in October. Temps got down to 15 degrees the 1st night. The camp host came by the next morning and stated that many a trailer unit in the campground had frozen water lines. We didn't even turn our furnace on until 4 in the morning and never had an issue! I was impressed with that.

Lastly, the unit does have solar for battery charging. We dry camp a lot and it's a nice feature which works well.

Hope that helps? Please P.M. me with any additional questions. Thank you!
The more I write, the less I want to sell it! LOL!

Here are some photos. I needed a wide angle lens, but this is what I have. Couple of notes; 1) lighting was replaced with LED lights 2)There are 2 hook-ups for tv - 1 out front and one in the bedroom. The photo with the little corner cabinet is the bedroom with the tv connection above.
I am a little leery of drilling holes in the unit to attach things like tv mounts, so the tv is free-standing. Also, the unit was a Anniversary edition. Has just about every feature one could get except the extended trailer with the large capacity external storage.

Smile If sold, change ad?

Could you edit ad to put the word "SOLD" in title? This would save lots of people having to read the entire thread to find out it is no longer available. Sure looked like a beautiful Bigfoot - congrats on the sale!
